Sessions are weekly at an agreed day and time, for 50 min. I will not offer that slot to anyone else. The whole of the session belongs to the client, whether they attend or not, and I will be present for the entire time unless the client lets me know they will not attend. If the client arrives part-way through their allotted time, I will see them for the remainder of that time.  If the client must miss a session, I would be grateful that they let me know when possible; if they cancel with less than a week’s notice or miss a session, it will be charged and not replaced. If the client misses three consecutive sessions without contact, I will assume that they are no longer able to attend and withdraw their time booking. I will inform the client of any dates I am aware of being unavailable with as much notice as possible and the session will not be charged.
